Lucknow: Phoenix Palassio in Lucknow wrapped up its four-day Republic Day Weekend Celebration, held from January 23 to 26, with an atmosphere brimming with patriotism and enthusiasm. The event offered visitors of all ages a memorable experience through a combination of art, music, creative activities, and attractive shopping offers.
In collaboration with Artisto Mania, DIY activities themed around Republic Day were held daily from 11 AM to 9 PM. Families and children enthusiastically participated in interactive sessions, including 3D Republic Day models, themed platters, canvas texture art, jewelry making, caricature sessions, and face painting, creating a vibrant and creative environment throughout the mall.
Adding to the patriotic spirit, live Republic Percussionist performances were held each evening from 5 PM to 8 PM, featuring instruments such as tabla, flute, sitar, mandolin, and violin. The fusion of classical and contemporary music enthralled audiences and highlighted India’s rich musical heritage.
For shopping enthusiasts, Phoenix Palassio hosted the Great Electronics Festival throughout the weekend from 12 PM to 9 PM. Shoppers enjoyed exciting offers, including assured smartwatches on purchases of ₹1 lakh and Alexa devices on purchases of ₹1.5 lakh (terms and conditions applied), adding to the festive excitement.
A highlight of the celebration was the Republic Day décor installation, inspired by India’s national emblem, the Ashoka Pillar (Lion Capital). The installation symbolized courage, vigilance, ethical leadership, and the enduring strength of the Indian Constitution. Featuring the inscription “Satyamev Jayate”, it paid tribute to democratic values, national unity, and the spirit of the Constitution.
