Lucknow: Ahead of the Foundation Day celebrations, police authorities carried out an extensive foot march in the Hazratganj area to strengthen security arrangements and ensure public safety. Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Hazratganj Vikrant Veer, Additional DCP Jitendra Dubey, ACP Vikas Jaiswal, and Hazratganj Inspector Vikram Singh led the march across key locations in the busy commercial and administrative hub of the city.

The foot patrol aimed at maintaining law and order, boosting public confidence, and sending a clear message against any attempts to disturb peace during the celebrations. Inspector Vikram Singh has been keeping a sharp and continuous vigil in the area, closely monitoring movement and public activity.

Along with ACP Vikas Jaiswal, Inspector Vikram Singh conducted an on-ground inspection and interacted with shopkeepers, pedestrians, and local residents, assuring them of robust security arrangements. Special attention was given to traffic management, and strict action was taken against vehicles parked on roads causing traffic congestion. Several violators were warned and penalised to ensure smooth traffic flow.

Keeping the safety of the general public in mind, Inspector Vikram Singh, accompanied by adequate police force, remained actively deployed in the area. Police officials stated that such foot marches and intensified patrolling would continue in the coming days to maintain peace, discipline, and a sense of security among citizens.
