LUCKNOW – The newly elected members of “The Omaxe Palace Residents’ Welfare Association” took their oath of office during a grand swearing-in ceremony held at the Club House of The Omaxe Palace Apartments, located opposite Palassio Mall on Shaheed Path. The members pledged to serve their community with dedication and integrity.
The oath was administered by the Chief Guest, Sanjay Gupta, State President of the Uttar Pradesh Adarsh Vyapar Mandal. The newly elected officials also received their certificates from Election Officer Anand Tripathi (Retired Additional Director, Agriculture) and Assistant Election Officer Vijay Pratap Singh.
In his address, Sanjay Gupta extended his congratulations and best wishes to the new committee. He highlighted the growing relevance of apartment living in an age of increasing nuclear families, stating that “apartment culture is proving to be a useful large joint family, where people of different castes, religions, and classes live in one building and are ready to support each other in times of happiness and sorrow, which promotes a sense of security.” He also assured the association of his unwavering support in their endeavors.

The ceremony was attended by a large number of residents from all five towers (A, B, C, D, and E) of Omaxe Palace, showing strong community support for the new leadership. Notable guests also present at the event included Rajesh Vikram Singh, Block Head of Jagdishpur; Omprakash Jaiswal, former Chairman of Shahganj; as well as senior members of the Uttar Pradesh Adarsh Vyapar Mandal, including Senior Vice President Avinash Tripathi, Treasurer Mohammad Afzal, Trans Gomti President Anirudh Nigam, and City Senior Vice President Amitabh Srivastav
