Ola Electric Expands Hyperservice Initiative, Launches Dedicated Hyperservice Centres with Same-Day Service Guarantee

New Delhi: Ola Electric has further strengthened its customer service ecosystem by expanding its Hyperservice initiative with the launch of dedicated Hyperservice Centres, offering same-day vehicle service at no additional cost for eligible customers. As part of this expansion, the company will progressively convert its existing service centres into Hyperservice Centres, beginning with Bengaluru.

The first Hyperservice Centre has now been inaugurated in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, marking a key milestone in Ola Electric’s efforts to redefine the EV ownership experience. These centres are designed to make vehicle servicing faster, simpler and more transparent, enabling customers to get their Ola vehicles serviced within a single day without paying any extra charges.

The entire service journey at Hyperservice Centres will be digitally enabled, ensuring real-time updates and complete transparency at every stage—from check-in to final delivery of the vehicle. This digital-first approach is aimed at improving efficiency while giving customers better visibility and control over the service process.

Commenting on the initiative, an Ola Electric spokesperson said that the company is reimagining the entire service experience as part of its ongoing service upgrades. The spokesperson added that vehicle ownership extends beyond the product itself, with service being a critical component that requires the same level of innovation. Through Hyperservice Centres, Ola aims to set a new benchmark by guaranteeing same-day service without extra cost, leveraging technology, improved processes and scale to reduce customer inconvenience and deliver faster, easier and fully transparent service.

Hyperservice Centres will also feature dedicated customer lounges, free Wi-Fi, and access to real-time digital service tracking, helping build trust and clarity while significantly improving turnaround time.

Following the Bengaluru launch, Ola Electric plans to rapidly roll out Hyperservice Centres across select cities nationwide in the coming weeks. The expansion underscores the company’s focus on enhancing service speed, reliability and customer satisfaction through technology-driven and customer-centric solutions.

In a further move to strengthen the EV service ecosystem, Ola Electric has also announced plans to expand Hyperservice as an open platform. Under this initiative, genuine Ola spare parts, diagnostic tools and service training modules will be made available not only to Ola customers but also to independent garages, mechanics and fleet operators across India. Spare parts can be directly purchased via the Ola Electric customer app and website, ensuring easy access to certified, high-quality components without intermediaries.

Additionally, the company has rolled out its in-app service appointment feature nationwide, allowing users to select preferred service slots, track service progress and manage all service-related needs directly through the Ola Electric app. By bringing the entire service process onto a single digital platform, Ola aims to eliminate traditional service booking hassles and deliver a seamless ownership experience for EV customers.
