Nick India and Ananya Panday’s ‘So Positive’ Initiative Boosts Morale

Mumbai: In a bid to address exam-related stress among students and families, Nick India has partnered with actor Ananya Panday for a special initiative under its ongoing ‘Pressure Ko Bolo Bye’ campaign. The collaboration aims to help children and their families acknowledge exam anxiety and manage it through simple, engaging methods.

Recognising that examination season often brings heightened expectations and pressure within households, the initiative encourages parents to understand their children’s unique abilities and learning styles. It promotes building confidence rather than comparing children with others. Meanwhile, Ananya Panday’s ‘So Positive’ initiative continues to focus on making conversations around mental health and emotions more open and accessible for young people.

As part of the campaign, a unique on-ground activity was organised, led by Ananya Panday along with popular Nick characters Chikoo and Bunty. Children were encouraged to write their everyday exam worries on balloons, which were then burst as a symbolic act of releasing stress. The activity aimed to transform invisible pressure into something tangible that children could express, share, and overcome.

Speaking about the initiative, Ananya Panday said that exam pressure is something almost every student experiences, but it should not define one’s identity. She highlighted that simple practices like pausing, deep breathing, and sharing feelings can significantly help in managing stress. She also appreciated the campaign’s effort to foster open dialogue between parents and children on handling academic pressure positively.
