Nishant Malkani: Honestly, my motivation was far tougher than any cheat meal I could’ve craved. It wasn’t difficult because I had a purpose and that purpose kept me going. I worked tirelessly for 50 days straight, eating clean and following a very disciplined lifestyle. My coach had actually built in a few strategic cheat meals to boost my metabolism, so the process was quite scientific and well-monitored.
The interesting part is that the cast hadn’t seen me until I landed in the UK. So, for them, I was suddenly this six-pack, lean, muscular guy who fit the character perfectly. When they later saw my transformation pictures on Instagram, Vivek, Riteish, and Aftab were completely shocked! Their appreciation meant everything—it made every bit of that grind worth it.
