Lucknow: The general assembly meeting of Sanskar Bharati Avadh Province was held at the Vidya Bharati Research Institute in Nirala Nagar. Discussions were held on a new action plan, wherein 64 art forms were categorized into five departments, with coordinators assigned responsibilities. In the presence of newly elected National President Dr. Mysore Manjunath, detailed deliberations took place on various aspects of these five disciplines.
During the meeting, Working President Sitaram Kashyap announced the new executive committee. Vibha Singh was entrusted with the crucial responsibility of coordinating stage arts, recognized for her dedication and expertise in this field. Additionally, Dr. Ashok Agnipathi was assigned the responsibility for literature arts, Dr. Kumud Singh for folk arts, and Dr. Prabhakar Johri for cultural heritage.
Provincial General Secretary Amit Kumar announced other key office-bearers of the organization. Chandrabhushan Singh was appointed as Co-General Secretary, while Dharmendra Singh and Puneet Swarnakar were assigned ministerial roles. Kiren Srivastava was given the responsibility of leading the Matrushakti (women’s wing).


The meeting resolved to organize various activities aimed at the promotion and preservation of Indian culture and arts. Special emphasis will be placed on encouraging budding artists in stage arts and reviving traditional stage performances through workshops and training camps. Sanskar Bharati remains committed to strengthening the reach and impact of art and culture through its initiatives.
