Mumbai: A new song titled ‘Zulmi Saawariya’ is set to become the Dandiya Anthem of the Year for Navratri 2025. Released under the Saregama music label and produced by Vibha Films, the track is a blend of Bollywood glamour and traditional Garba beats.
The song was directed and choreographed by Vijay Ganguly, who credits the team’s positive energy for the outcome. He stated, “Everything was perfect—the excellent audio, over 100 dancers, a great set, powerful costumes, and talented actors.”
The song features Divyenndu, known for his serious roles in projects like ‘Mirzapur.’ This marks his first appearance in a romantic and festive mood. He said, “There were two main reasons for doing this song—Amit Trivedi’s fantastic music and the new experiment of a Garba track. We had a lot of fun during the shoot.”

Sharing the screen with him is Charmi Zaveri, whose previous track ‘Mashuka’ was a huge hit. Being Gujarati herself, she expressed her joy in being part of a Garba song, adding that the song, set, and choreography were all “grand.” The on-screen chemistry between Charmi and Divyenndu was so energetic it felt like a real Navratri celebration, she said.

The music, composed by Amit Trivedi, is the heart of the song, combining traditional Garba tunes with modern rhythms. The powerful vocals by Bhoomi Trivedi and festive lyrics by Kumar have made the song even more impactful.
Director Vijay Ganguly believes that the audio is already a chartbuster and the video will also appeal to the audience. He feels Divyenndu’s new look and Charmi’s screen presence will make it the anthem of Navratri.
Produced by Hitendra Kapopara and co-produced by Piyush Jain, ‘Zulmi Saawariya’ is expected to remain a popular choice on party and festival playlists even after Navratri 2025.
