Iran/Israel: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday appealed to world leaders to join Israel and the United States in confronting what he described as a growing threat from Iran. Speaking at the site of a recent missile attack in Arad, Israel, Netanyahu highlighted that recent Iranian attacks demonstrate a danger not only to Israel but to the entire international community.
Netanyahu cited Iranian targeting of civilian areas and key religious sites in Jerusalem, including the Western Wall, Church of the Holy Sepulchre, and Al-Aqsa Mosque, calling the acts an attempt at mass civilian harm. “Fortunately, no one was killed, but that was luck, not intention. Their intent is to target civilians,” he said.
He further warned that Iran has demonstrated long-range missile capabilities, targeting strategic maritime and energy routes, and emphasized the urgency for global action. “Israel and the U.S. are working together for the world, and now it is time for other leaders to step in,” Netanyahu stated.

The Prime Minister welcomed appeals by U.S. President Donald Trump for coordinated international measures against Iran, stressing that action is essential not just for Israel and the U.S., but for global security.
