Nawazuddin Siddiqui believes that even low budget films can have great stories. He said many young filmmakers come to me with their scripts. There is enthusiasm and newness in their stories, but due to lack of masala, these films are not made. Nawazuddin jokingly said that when I go to the filmmakers with such stories, they say, ‘Nawaz Bhai, there is no action, song, drama in it’, and then that film is not made.
