Lucknow, India : The Narayan Seva Sansthan, in collaboration with Make a Change Foundation UK and Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Willesden, UK, will organize a mega free prosthetic limb and caliper distribution camp on October 12, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Dayal Gateway Hotel, near Cinepolis Mall, Kisan Bazaar, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.

During the camp, 301 differently-abled individuals will receive 462 prosthetic limbs and calipers free of cost. The beneficiaries were pre-selected during the Narayan Measurement Camp held on July 13, 2025. Of these, 146 individuals will receive 164 prosthetic limbs, and 155 individuals will be fitted with 298 calipers, helping them regain mobility and independence.

Camp in-charge Hari Prasad Laddha stated, “The camp will commence at 11 AM, and only pre-selected beneficiaries will be provided with prosthetic devices and calipers. This initiative is a part of Narayan Seva Sansthan’s mission to empower differently-abled individuals and restore their dignity.”

Since its inception in 1985, Narayan Seva Sansthan has been guided by the philosophy “Nar Seva Hi Narayan Seva Hai”. Its founder, Kailash Manav Ji, has been honored with the Padma Shri and a National Award for his outstanding humanitarian work. The Sansthan has so far distributed over 40,000 prosthetic limbs across India and countries such as Kenya, Uganda, Meru, Tanzania, and Nepal, reaching around 1,800 beneficiaries every month.

President Prashant Agrawal highlighted that the Sansthan’s initiatives in medical care, education, skill development, and sports for differently-abled persons have transformed millions of lives.

The camp in Lucknow aims to bring hope, mobility, and self-reliance to those who once struggled after accidents or disabilities. German-engineered Narayan prosthetic limbs will enable beneficiaries to walk again and participate fully in society. Attendees will also receive walking training and free meals, while previously assisted beneficiaries will share their experiences to motivate new recipients.

This event is more than a distribution camp—it is a celebration of renewed life, independence, and restored smiles.
