Multiple Warrants Executed, Five Fugitives Arrested by Rahimabad Police Team

Lucknow– In a major crackdown on absconders, the Rahimabad Police under Lucknow Commissionerate arrested five individuals wanted in multiple criminal cases. The arrests were made today following sustained efforts by the local police team.

According to a press release issued by the Police Commissionerate, Lucknow (Press Note No. 1004), the police team apprehended several fugitives with active non-bailable warrants related to serious charges including assault, intimidation, and trespassing under various sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Details of Arrested Individuals:

  1. Ashok Kumar, son of Rai Lal, resident of Kamaluddin Nagar, Gopalpur, under Balak Police Station, aged around 40 years.

  2. Ram Singh, son of Mahavir, resident of Shivpuri village under Seemabad Police Station, aged around 45 years.

  3. Rinku, son of Chainu alias Chillu, resident of Ranagar village under the jurisdiction of Rahimabad, aged around 25 years.

  4. Soni alias Sita, wife of Rinku (mentioned above), resident of Ramnagar Makra village, Rahimabad Police Station area, aged around 45 years.

These individuals were involved in various cases, including:

  • Case No. 10109/21 under Sections 328/19 and 123/504/506 IPC.

  • Other pending cases under Sections 323, 325, 452, 504, and 506 IPC.

The arrested accused were produced before the court after being taken into custody, and further legal proceedings are underway.
