Lucknow: In a major initiative aimed at providing greater employment opportunities and career guidance to job seekers in Uttar Pradesh, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed today between the Directorate of Training and Employment, Quess Corp Limited, and Udyati Foundation.
The MoU was formally exchanged by Neha Prakash, Director of Training and Employment, Lohit Bhatia, representative of Quess Corp Limited, and Karthik MP from Udyati Foundation. On this occasion, P.K. Pundeer, Additional Director of the department, along with other senior officials, was also present.
As per the agreement, Quess Corp Limited will facilitate job placements for candidates registered on the Rojgar Sangam portal in various reputed companies, besides offering them career guidance. Similarly, Udyati Foundation will work towards empowering women by providing them with employment opportunities and career counseling services.
To increase employment avenues for candidates, the Department of Employment, in collaboration with these organizations, will undertake the following activities:

Publishing job vacancies on the Rojgar Sangam portal according to the educational qualifications and skills of the candidates and providing detailed information about available opportunities.

Aggregating job opportunities as per market demands and organizing job fairs.

Offering extensive career counseling services to candidates.

Ensuring employment opportunities for women candidates from ITIs and other skill development institutes in both manufacturing and non-manufacturing sectors.
This initiative marks a significant step toward strengthening the employment ecosystem in Uttar Pradesh and empowering job seekers with better career prospects and support.
