Lucknow/Bulandshahr/Ghaziabad: Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities and Backward Classes Welfare, Narendra Kashyap participated in a massive tree plantation program under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Mahabhiyan “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” Jan Abhiyan 2024. As per the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, he led this important program as the Minister in-charge in Bulandshahr and Ghaziabad.
Minister Narendra Kashyap, while planting saplings in Bulandshahr and Ghaziabad, said, “Trees are an important part of our environment and their conservation is extremely necessary for our life. Trees not only provide us with oxygen, but also play an important role in keeping the environment balanced.” He urged every citizen to participate in this Mahabhiyan and stressed that every person must plant at least one tree.
The local administration, school children, social organizations and regional residents also participated enthusiastically in this program. He showed his commitment towards environmental protection by planting saplings at various places. During the tree plantation, Minister Kashyap made people aware about the importance of planting trees and taking care of them.
The aim of “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” Jan Abhiyan 2024 is to plant as many trees as possible and make the society aware about environmental protection. Minister Kashyap said that this type of campaign will increase environmental awareness in the society and ensure a healthy and green environment for the coming generations. He called upon everyone to work together to make this campaign a success.
