NEW DELHI/LUCKNOW – Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Vocational Education, Skill Development, and Entrepreneurship, and Muzaffarnagar MLA, Kapil Dev Agarwal, met with Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah in Delhi to extend his heartfelt congratulations.
