(Defence Accounts Department) and NACIN, Zonal Campus, Lucknow and Memorandum of Understanding on Training between RTC (Defence Accounts Department) and AMC (C&C) , LucknowThe Regional Training Centre (RTC), Lucknow (a training institute of the Defence Accounts Department), and the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics (NACIN), Zonal Campus, Lucknow, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 6 April 2026 to collaborate in enhancing training capacities and standards.
The MoU includes provisions for faculty exchange, sharing of best training practices, innovation, and infrastructure support. The MoU was exchanged between Shri Hari Har Mishra, IDAS, IFA (CC) & CDA, RTC Lucknow, and Shri Ved Prakash Shukla, IRS, Principal Additional Director General, NACIN Zonal Campus, Lucknow, at the “Ramayan Auditorium” of RTC Lucknow.
On this occasion, Shri S.K. Chaudhary, IDAS, PCDA (CC), Lucknow, along with other IDAS and IRS officers, was also present.
The Regional Training Centre (RTC), Lucknow , and the Army Medical Corps Centre and College , Lucknow, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 7 April 2026 to collaborate in enhancing training capacities and standards.
The MoU was exchanged between Shri Hari Har Mishra, IDAS, IFA (CC) & CDA, RTC Lucknow, and Lt Gen Shivinder Singh , AVSM Comdt , AMC C&C & OIC Records and Col Comdt AMC at the AMC C&C.
The Regional Training Centre, Lucknow, is a training institute under the Defence Accounts Department, Ministry of Defence, Government of India. It provides training to officers and staff of the Defence Accounts Department and also conducts financial management courses for officers of the Indian Armed Forces.
