Lucknow: A memorable farewell ceremony was organized at Khun Khun Ji Girls’ Degree College, where senior BA and MA students of the college were given a send-off. The program commenced with the lighting of the lamp, a Saraswati Vandana (invocation to the goddess Saraswati), and a welcome song.
On this occasion, various competitions were organized among the students, in which they participated enthusiastically. In these competitions, Karishma Chaurasia secured the first position, Shumbul Khan secured the second position, and Shruti Srivastava secured the third position. The Principal of the college, Dr. Anshu Kedia, and the chief guest of the program, Anupama Agarwal, an alumna of Degree College and former Principal of Khun Khun Ji Girls’ Inter College, honored the winners.
During the event, the students reminisced about the moments spent with their teachers and classmates, experiencing heartfelt emotions. The college’s teachers praised the students’ achievements and their contributions. This farewell ceremony made the students realize the importance of the time spent in college. Everyone took photos together, symbolizing the cherishing of this moment forever.
The Principal of the college, Prof. Anshu Kedia, extended her best wishes for the bright future of the students and, in her address, wished them success. All the teachers and students of the college contributed to making the program a success. In the same program, the chief guest also distributed certificates to the participants of the Sansad Mahakumbh (a sports event).
