Bareilly | Students of MBA and BMS programmes from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University undertook an industrial visit to B L Agro Industries as part of their academic curriculum, aimed at strengthening practical understanding of management education.
The visit was organized to provide students with firsthand exposure to industrial operations, management processes, and modern production techniques. During the tour, students closely observed the company’s production unit and gained insights into key departments such as production, quality control, packaging, and logistics.
Industry Experts Share Insights
On the occasion, Chairman Ghanshyam Khandelwal, General Manager (HR) Ajay Bhatt, and A N Singh interacted with the students. They shared valuable inputs on the company’s growth journey, work culture, human resource management practices, and evolving industrial processes.
Emphasis on Practical Learning
Dean and Head of Department Prof Tulika Saxena highlighted the importance of such initiatives, stating that industrial visits play a crucial role in the holistic development of students by bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
Vice-Chancellor Prof K P Singh also appreciated the initiative, describing the visit as a commendable step towards integrating academic learning with real-world business experience.
