Mass Outreach and Blanket Distribution Drive Held in Rae Bareli Villages

Rae Bareli: A large-scale public outreach and social service programme was organised today across several villages under Nyay Panchayat Madhukarpur of Dalmaau development block in Rae Bareli district. The initiative covered Madhukarpur, Baras, Gangapur, Sultanpur Jala, Basantpur Kathoiya, Hasanapur and Kundawal, where social worker Mrs. Reena Singh interacted with more than one thousand local residents through a Jan Samvad (public dialogue).

The programme witnessed an overwhelming participation of women, reflecting strong community engagement. Under the “Seva Samarpan Abhiyan” launched by Reena Singh, nearly one thousand women were distributed blankets as a gesture of service and compassion, especially aimed at supporting the needy during the winter season.

The event saw the presence of several village heads, former village heads and senior residents from the Madhukarpur Nyay Panchayat area. Notably, social worker Hari Pratap Singh (Raju) and Abhay Pratap Singh alias Bauaa, candidate for District Panchayat Member (Dalmaau First), Rae Bareli, attended the programme as special guests.

A large number of prominent citizens and local representatives were also present, including Ashish Singh, Vikram Singh, Dr. Dal Bahadur Singh, Ram Krishna Yadav, Chandradutt Agnihotri, Shivendra Singh, Deepu Singh, village heads Ramdas (Baras), Sabhajeet Singh (Gangapur), Shiv Pratap Yadav (Madhukarpur), and Brijpal (Sultanpur), along with many others.

Addressing the gathering, speakers emphasised that social service, mutual cooperation and helping the underprivileged should remain society’s top priorities. The happiness on the faces of the beneficiaries receiving blankets highlighted the impact of the initiative, reinforcing the spirit of community welfare and collective responsibility.
