Malihabad Police Net Three Wanted Accused

LUCKNOW: – Continuing its crackdown on criminals and those evading the law, the Malihabad police team has successfully apprehended three wanted accused in separate cases.

Under the supervision and guidance of the Station House Officer, Malihabad, the police team executed warrants leading to the arrests of the following individuals:

Thakurdeen, Son of Dawal Pasi: Approximately 60 years old, resident of Shyam Nagar, Police Station Malihabad, Lucknow. He was wanted in connection with Case No. 7103757/13, Crime No. 255/2000, under Sections 323, 325, and 304 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), Police Station Malihabad. The warrant was issued on May 16, 2025, by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-24, Lucknow.
Suraj, Son of Horilal: Approximately 25 years old, resident of Gram Sasauda, Police Station Malihabad, Lucknow. He was wanted in connection with Case No. 2496/22, Crime No. 233/22, under Sections 323, 504, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), Police Station Malihabad. The warrant was issued on May 6, 2024, by the Special Judge, POCSO Act/Additional District and Sessions Judge, Lucknow.
Pankaj, Son of Ashok: Approximately 30 years old, resident of Gram Gaharpurwa, Police Station Malihabad, Lucknow. He was wanted in connection with Case No. 51237/22, under Sections 147, 323, 504, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The warrant was issued on May 31, 2025, by ACSJ-4, Lucknow.

Acting on a tip-off, the police team raided the residences of the accused individuals. They were apprehended after being informed of the arrest warrants issued by the Honorable Courts. All three accused were taken into police custody today, April 27, 2025, and are being presented before the respective Honorable Courts.
