Lucknow — Major General Manoj Tiwari visits Lucknow. The Zonal Recruiting Officer, Headquarters Recruiting Zone, Lucknow, conducted a comprehensive visit to the Online Common Entrance Examination (CEE) centres in the city on Sunday. The exams, organized by Colonel Ajay Patial, Director, Recruiting Office (Headquarters) Lucknow, are part of the ongoing Agniveer recruitment process being conducted nationwide from June 30 to July 10, 2025.
During his visit, Major General Tiwari personally interacted with candidates to gain firsthand feedback on their experiences with the digital examination platform. He encouraged aspirants to openly share their views on the level of exam difficulty and suggest improvements that could enhance the process in future iterations.
The visit served to assess the operational efficiency and procedural adherence of the Online CEE system, which was introduced by the Indian Army two years ago as part of a major digital transformation in recruitment practices. Designed to ensure greater transparency, eliminate malpractices, and provide an equitable testing environment, the online format has since been widely appreciated for streamlining recruitment and upholding integrity in the selection process.

The Agniveer recruitment model, now fortified by digital technology, continues to evolve as a robust mechanism aimed at attracting the nation’s youth into military service with fairness and efficiency at its core.
