MP girls hockey team reached final of Sub Junior National

Sub Junior National Women Hockey Competition 2024

Bhopal: Sub Junior National Women Hockey Competition 2024 is being organized in Secunderabad Telangana from 26 November to 6 December. The semi-final match of the competition was played between Madhya Pradesh and Mizoram. In this, the girls hockey team of Madhya Pradesh performed brilliantly and defeated the team of Mizoram by close points of 3-2 to make it to the final match. Naz Noshin scored in the 13th minute, Ruby Rathore in the 32nd minute and Tanvi in ​​the 56th minute for Madhya Pradesh. Ruthi Lalavmajuali scored in the third minute and captain Laltlanchangi in the 52nd minute from the Mizoram team. Madhya Pradesh entered the final match by taking the lead with Tanvi’s goal. It is noteworthy that the Madhya Pradesh team is training under the guidance of chief coach Paramjeet Singh.

The final match of the competition will be played between the teams of Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand on Friday, 6 December at 1 pm.

Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Vishwas Kailash Sarang praised the sports performance of the players of Madhya Pradesh Girls Hockey Team on reaching the final match and congratulated them and wished them all the best for the final match.
