Lucknow: On the eve of the 79th Independence Day, a grand and dignified cultural program was organized at Lulu Mall by the Frontier Headquarters, Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Lucknow. On this occasion, the SSB’s Jazz Band presented a series of songs filled with patriotic enthusiasm and जोश (energy), immersing the atmosphere in a spirit of love for the country. The audience enjoyed the performances with thunderous applause.
The program was inaugurated by Sanjay Sherkhane, Deputy Inspector General of Frontier Lucknow. Other senior officers of the force, including Deputy Inspector General Dr. Nitish Prasad and Commandant Dr. A.K. Sinha, were also present on the occasion.
Along with the cultural performances, the 4th Battalion, SSB, also set up an exhibition of state-of-the-art weapons and equipment in the mall premises, which particularly attracted the public. People showed a keen interest in this exhibition, gathering information about the SSB’s bravery, capability, and technical proficiency.

The Lulu Mall administration warmly and respectfully welcomed the SSB officers and soldiers. This event not only strengthened the feeling of patriotism among the public but also proved to be instrumental in reinforcing the bond of harmony, trust, and cooperation between the Sashastra Seema Bal and the citizens
