Lucknow | On the occasion of the New Year, Lulu Hypermarket introduced a special initiative to express respect and gratitude towards its regular and senior citizen customers. As part of this gesture, “Senior Citizen Privilege Cards” were distributed to elderly customers who have been long associated with Lulu Hypermarket and regularly shop at the store.
The initiative aims to acknowledge the loyalty of senior citizens while fostering an emotional bond with them. The privilege cards have been specifically issued to senior customers who have consistently supported Lulu Hypermarket over the years, reflecting the brand’s commitment to valuing long-term relationships.
To mark the New Year celebrations, a special programme was organised with a group of senior citizens at the hypermarket. During the event, participants shared their experiences, and their valuable contributions to society were acknowledged and appreciated.
Addressing the gathering, Sunil Sharma, General Manager, Lulu Hypermarket, said, “Senior citizens are the foundation of our society, and respecting them is our priority. This initiative has been introduced to express our gratitude towards our loyal senior customers who have been associated with Lulu Hypermarket for a long time. The privilege card will be valid across Lulu Hypermarket, Lulu Fashion Store, and the Lulu Connect division.”

He further clarified that the card does not mark the launch of a formal service scheme but stands as a symbol of trust, respect, and appreciation for Lulu Hypermarket’s loyal customers. He also assured that similar initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience would continue in the future.
