Lucknow: In a swift and commendable operation, the Saadatganj Police Station under Lucknow Police Commissionerate successfully traced and rescued two missing schoolgirls as part of the Mission Shakti 5.0 campaign, aimed at ensuring women and child safety.
According to the police, the girls, aged 14 and 15, had lost their way while returning home from school around 1:00 PM. Their worried family members immediately informed the police.
Upon receiving the alert, the Mission Shakti Team and Anti-Romeo Squad of Saadatganj Police swung into action and began an intensive search in the area. After continuous efforts, both girls were safely located and brought back unharmed.
The police then handed the girls over to their families, who expressed deep gratitude and praised the efficiency and compassion of the Mission Shakti team and Lucknow Police.
This successful rescue once again highlights the commitment of Uttar Pradesh Police to women and child safety through proactive initiatives like Mission Shakti.
