Lucknow: The efficient Lost and Found Cell acts promptly to ensure lost belongings are returned safely to passengers
Lucknow Metro continues to strengthen passenger confidence through the effective functioning of its Lost and Found Cell, ensuring the safe return of lost belongings.
In a recent incident at CCS Airport Metro Station, a blue- coloured’ purse was found by metro staff at AFC entry gate. The purse contained ₹15,255 in cash, two credit cards, one debit card, a PAN card, an Aadhaar card, and other personal belongings. The station staff ensured the safe custody of the purse and, following due verification procedures, returned it to the concerned passenger.The metro passenger expressed gratitude and appreciated the sense of duty and dedication shown by the metro team
