Lucknow Central Bar Association Elections: Akhilesh Jaiswal Wins President, Avanish Becomes General Secretary

Pramod Pal Wins Senior Vice President Post

Lucknow: In the 2025 elections for the Lucknow Central Bar Association, Akhilesh Jaiswal has been elected President, while Avanish Dixit (Honey Dixit) has won the post of General Secretary. Pramod Pal has emerged victorious for the Senior Vice President position.

Voting for the 2025 elections of the Lucknow Central Bar Association took place on April 28th. The vote counting commenced today, April 29th, at 9 AM, and the results started to emerge in the afternoon. Akhilesh Jaiswal, the newly elected President, secured 1334 votes. Avanish Dixit, who won the General Secretary position, received 1364 votes. Pramod Pal, the winner of the Senior Vice President post, garnered 550 votes.

A total of 128 candidates contested for 22 positions in this election. It is reported that 3182 advocates exercised their voting rights on Monday. Following the announcement of the results for the President, General Secretary, and Senior Vice President positions, the counting for the remaining posts is still underway.
