Lucknow: On the instructions of Lucknow Development Authority Vice President Dr. Indramani Tripathi, the team of Enforcement Zone-5 took major action in the campaign being run against illegal construction in the city. Under this, two shopping complexes being built illegally in Jankipuram were sealed. At the same time, sealing action was taken on two illegal marriage halls in Indira Nagar.
Zonal Officer of Enforcement Zone-5 Rajkumar said that Pawan Anand and others had illegally constructed shops, halls and office chambers etc. on the ground floor and first floor in an area of about 200 square meters on plot number-4/760 in Sector-H of Jankipuram. Apart from this, Sanjay Mishra and others were constructing shops, halls etc. on the lower ground floor, upper ground floor, first floor and second floor on a plot of about 6000 square feet area next to Bharat Petroleum on Sixty Fita Road in Jankipuram. The prescribed court had filed a suit against these two commercial constructions being done illegally without getting the map approved from the authority and had passed sealing orders.
Apart from this, Kusum Singh and others were getting a marriage hall constructed on a plot of about 8000 sq. ft. area on Jarhara Road in Indira Nagar. Vinod Kumar Tripathi and others were getting a four-storey marriage hall constructed on a plot of about 4000 sq. ft. area near the petrol pump in Takrohi, Indira Nagar. These two constructions being done illegally without getting the map approved from the authority were sealed earlier by the enforcement team.
At present, when construction work was found to be going on at the site, orders were given to take action again. In compliance with this, on Tuesday, the above four illegal constructions were sealed by junior engineers Surendra Dwivedi, Saroj Kumar and Shiv Kunwar under the leadership of assistant engineer Praveen Kumar with the help of authority police and local police station police force.
