Lucknow: The Lucknow Development Authority conducted a lottery draw for the allotment of 312 residential units in the Narmada Apartment project at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan. The event was held at the Mars Auditorium Hall, where lucky draws were conducted among hundreds of applicants.
According to officials, 743 applicants participated in the lottery process for 300 3BHK + Study flats and 12 penthouses. As the draw progressed, applicants whose names were selected expressed great excitement and relief.
Prathamesh Kumar, Vice-Chairman of the authority, stated that the housing units are located in Gomti Nagar Extension along the G-20 Road in Lucknow. The residential complex will offer several modern facilities including dedicated parking, uninterrupted power supply, a children’s play area, elevators, a swimming pool and landscaped green parks, making it an environmentally friendly housing project.
The lottery draw was conducted in a transparent manner, with applicants themselves picking the slips for selection. C. P. Tripathi, Additional Secretary of the authority, said the entire process was live-streamed on YouTube to ensure transparency.

Senior officials including Finance Controller Deepak Singh, Special Duty Officer Ravinandan Singh, and Devansh Trivedi were also present during the draw.
Applicants attending the event appreciated the transparent and fair process adopted by the Lucknow Development Authority, thanking the officials for conducting the lottery in an organized and unbiased manner.
