Ayodhya: Laghu Udyog Bharati, Uttar Pradesh, successfully hosted its State Executive and Entrepreneur Conference at Raghukula Sadan, Devkali, Ayodhya. The event marked a significant moment for the state’s micro and small business community.
The event was graced by distinguished dignitaries including Ghanshyam Ojha, All India President, Shriprakash, All India Organization Minister, and Rakesh Garg, All India Joint General Secretary. The proceedings began with a ceremonial lamp lighting and the organization’s mantra, followed by tributes to Bharat Mata.
State President Madhusudan Dadu presented an overview of the organization’s 2023–25 activities. Regional office-bearers across Uttar Pradesh shared their reports, highlighting achievements and grassroots outreach during their respective tenures.

State Treasurer Raman Chawla and Co-Treasurer Raghav Singh presented the financials for 2024–25, while State General Secretary Bharat Tharad shared updates on organizational progress.
A major highlight was the formation of the new executive for 2025–27. With the previous body dissolved, Ravindra Singh was announced as the new State President. Amit Agarwal (Moradabad) was named State General Secretary, Raman Chawla continued as Treasurer, and Arun Bhatia (Lucknow) was appointed as Awadh Division Secretary.

The new leadership pledged to advance the organization’s mission in alignment with national and industrial interests.
Senior leaders praised the steady growth of Laghu Udyog Bharati in the state. Shriprakash, in his address, spoke about the organization’s 32-year journey and its future aspirations.
The Ayodhya unit, led by Sanjeev Kumar Goyal, also introduced its new executive. Appointees included Sanjay Madan and Ajay Khanna as Vice Presidents, Vikram Makin as District General Secretary, Stuti Chandra as Joint Minister, Ashish Anand as Treasurer, and Arun Agarwal as Media Incharge.
Second Session: Industrial Seminar & Government Engagement
The second session featured an industrial seminar in collaboration with the Credit and Industrial Development Bank of India (CIDBI).

Rajiv Kumar, General Manager at SIDBI, elaborated on various financial schemes for MSMEs. Rudresh Kumar, Scientific Officer at DRDO, discussed opportunities for small industries in the defence manufacturing ecosystem.
Devdatt Pandey and Vishal Chandani from UPCON educated participants on the ESDP and RAMP schemes, aimed at enhancing industry performance and support. Entrepreneur Jatin Mittal shared insights on environmental initiatives in the industrial space.
The session’s Chief Guest, Minister for Infrastructure and Industrial Development Nand Gopal Gupta ‘Nandi’, addressed the gathering. Responding to industry concerns presented by the State General Secretary, the Minister assured swift government action and reaffirmed the administration’s pro-industry stance.
In a felicitation ceremony, the Minister honored three outstanding industries from Uttar Pradesh:
- Yogesh Goswami, Gayatri Packaging Industries, Aligarh
- Anshuman Kumar Agarwal, Indian Die Casting Industries, Aligarh
- Rishabh Garg, MRS Corporation, Aligarh
He emphasized the state government’s commitment to industrial growth and urged entrepreneurs to take advantage of the latest schemes and reforms.
The conference concluded with a vote of thanks by the newly appointed State President, followed by the national anthem.
