Students of NIOS Honoured for Academic Achievement in Heartfelt Ceremony

Lucknow : A wave of pride and celebration swept through the Study Hall Centre for Learning in Lucknow today as the school hosted its convocation ceremony to honour students who successfully passed their 10th and 12th-grade examinations under the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).

The event was graced by Bulbul Godiyal, senior advocate and former Additional Advocate General of Uttar Pradesh, as the chief guest. The ceremony began with a formal academic procession, followed by a warm welcome address delivered by Principal Dr. Pratima Srivastava.

In her address, Dr. Srivastava highlighted the deeper significance of the day, saying, “This is not just about earning a certificate. It’s a celebration of the determination and resilience of students who were once pushed out by the mainstream education system. The Centre for Learning has given them a new direction.”

Dr. Urvashi Sahni, the founder and CEO of Study Hall, echoed this sentiment. “Every child learns differently. Here, we not only teach but also listen, understand, and help them grow in their own unique way,” she said, emphasizing the Centre’s inclusive and student-centric approach to education.

The atmosphere was made even more joyous with musical performances and songs by the students, showcasing their talents beyond academics. The highlight of the event came when the graduating students were called onto the stage to receive their certificates. The auditorium erupted with resounding applause, and the emotions of pride were clearly visible in the eyes of parents and teachers.

The convocation concluded on a graceful note with a dance performance followed by the national anthem, marking the end of a truly inspiring and emotional celebration of education, perseverance, and second chances.
