Lucknow: Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, successfully hosted its Business Management Conclave 2025 on the theme “Sustaining Business in a Disruptive World” on Friday at its campus auditorium. The conclave brought together prominent leaders from diverse industries to deliberate on resilience, innovation, and adaptability in today’s rapidly evolving business environment.
The day began with a student quiz, followed by the ceremonial lamp lighting and invocation. Dr. Kavita Pathak, Director, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, welcomed the gathering, while Dr. Sushma Vishnani (Dean Academics) initiated the theme of the conclave.
Delivering the Guest of Honour’s address, Ramgopal Prajapat (Senior VP, AI & Data Science, Allcargo Logistics Ltd.) emphasized how data-driven strategies are reshaping industries. The Chief Guest, Pranay Fotedar (Director, PwC), urged students to embrace disruption as an opportunity. He remarked:
“Disruption is no longer an exception; it is the new normal. Businesses that focus on agility, technology integration, and people-centric strategies will be the ones to thrive in this era of transformation.”
In her address, Dr. Kavita Pathak said: “At Jaipuria, we believe management education must extend beyond classrooms. This conclave gave our students a valuable opportunity to engage with leaders who are shaping the future of business in disruptive times. For over three decades, Jaipuria has focused on sustainability and purposeful impact in management education—values that increasingly resonate with the way Indian businesses are engaging with the world.”

The conclave concluded with closing remarks by faculty members and a Vote of Thanks, leaving students with practical insights and inspiration to become future-ready leaders.
