Lucknow: Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, brought its flagship cultural festival Ojas’25 to a vibrant close, marking two days of electrifying performances, engaging competitions, and carnival-style celebrations that left an enduring impact on participants and audiences alike.
Held on December 15–16, the fest witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of leading institutions across the city and beyond. Centred on the theme “Rangtaal – The Indian Carnival,” Ojas’25 emerged as a colourful celebration of creativity, culture, and camaraderie.
The event commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, followed by inspiring addresses from Dr. Kumkum Dhar, Guest of Honour, and Anil Rastogi, Chief Guest. Their words set the tone for a festival rooted in artistic expression and collective energy.
Reflecting on the success of the fest, Dr. Kavita Pathak, Director, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, said, “Ojas’25 was more than a cultural fest; it was a celebration of youthful spirit, artistic expression, and collaborative endeavour. Day One featured an eclectic mix of events, including Colours of Courage (a Nukkad Natak on POSH), Voice Royale (solo singing), Rangmanch (dance fusion), Riff Riot (battle of bands), The PR Playoff, Guess It!, and Festival Fusion Mask, each showcasing innovation and cultural diversity. The evening culminated in an electrifying DJ Night by OnEdge, whose fusion of EDM and Bollywood beats enthralled the crowd.
Day Two sustained the festive momentum with events such as Palette Parade (art showcase), No Heat Treats (culinary challenge), Rang Rahasya (treasure hunt), Deal of the Dare (auction challenge), Carnival of Spirits (creative mixology), and Carnival Boardroom (business simulation). The highlight of the day was the much-awaited Celebrity Night, featuring Bollywood playback singer Rahul Jain, whose soulful performance created an atmosphere charged with emotion and energy.
