Lucknow: Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, in collaboration with Jaipuria Incubation Foundation, inaugurated its flagship entrepreneurial festival, E-Week 2025 | THRYVE, themed “People • Planet • Profit.”
The event was held in the institute auditorium in the presence of eminent dignitaries, entrepreneurs, faculty members, students, and young innovators. Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Brajesh Pathak, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Anurag Yadav (IAS), Principal Secretary, Department of IT & Electronics, Uttar Pradesh, and Prateek Rastogi, Founder & CEO – Better Nutrition & Greenday (Shark Tank Season 4), attended as Special Guests and shared their insights on entrepreneurship and innovation.
The ceremony began with the traditional lamp-lighting, followed by a welcome address from Dr. Kavita Pathak, Director of Jaipuria Institute of Management, who emphasized the role of entrepreneurship in sustainable development and the responsibility of academic institutions in nurturing start-up culture.

In his keynote address, Deputy CM Pathak highlighted the state government’s commitment to empowering young entrepreneurs through supportive policies, infrastructure, and incubation opportunities. He remarked, “The Uttar Pradesh government is fully dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship among youth. Start-up experience itself is the greatest education one can receive.”
Principal Secretary Yadav outlined state-led initiatives such as the UP Start-Up Fund, digital innovation schemes, and incubation programs that provide new-age opportunities for young entrepreneurs. Rastogi inspired students by sharing his entrepreneurial journey, encouraging them to take risks, embrace innovation, and pursue their dreams with passion and perseverance.

Dr. Pathak reaffirmed the institute’s dedication to entrepreneurship and innovation, noting that Jaipuria Institute of Management equips students with academic programs, incubation facilities, mentorship, and industry partnerships to help them thrive in the start-up ecosystem.
With the inauguration of E-Week 2025 | THRYVE, a week-long celebration has begun featuring panel discussions, workshops, competitions, start-up showcases, and networking sessions. The initiative aims to bring together students, entrepreneurs, investors, and thought leaders to explore opportunities and pave the way for impactful and sustainable businesses.
