Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow Concludes E-Week 2025 | THRYVE: Celebrating Innovation, Sustainability & Entrepreneurship

 Lucknow: Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, in association with the Jaipuria Incubation Foundation, successfully concluded its flagship entrepreneurial festival E-Week 2025 | THRYVE from 9th to 13th September 2025. Centered on the theme “People • Planet • Profit”, the five-day celebration created a vibrant platform for students, entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, and industry leaders to exchange ideas and showcase innovations.

Inaugural Day Highlights (9th September 2025)

E-Week 2025 was inaugurated by Brajesh Pathak, Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, along with Anurag Yadav (IAS), Principal Secretary, IT & Electronics Department, and  Prateek Rastogi, Founder & CEO of Better Nutrition &Greenday (Shark Tank India Season 4).

Dr. Kavita Pathak, Director, Jaipuria Lucknow, in her welcome address emphasized entrepreneurship as a catalyst for sustainable growth. Shri Pathak highlighted the State Government’s start-up initiatives, Mr. Yadav spoke on the UP Start-Up Fund and digital innovation policies, while Mr. Rastogi shared his entrepreneurial journey. The opening day also featured competitive boardroom simulations and a cultural celebration night.

Entrepreneurial Journeys and Competitions

Over the following days, the campus buzzed with entrepreneurial energy through knowledge sessions, workshops, and contests designed to blend innovation with business acumen:

  • Inspiring Talks: Industry leaders, alumni, and young founders including Jill Harish, Deepika Bhalla, Harshit Srivastav (Plastic Pedia), Mr. Vindhyawasini Srivastava (Saveit), Dr. Anupam Pandey (LBSNAA),  Anish Mathew (IARA Food Products),  Kishan Pandey (Bijli Wala Aaya), and  Vaibhav Pandey (Anjaneya Handicraft) shared their journeys, challenges, and insights.
  • Student Competitions: Students showcased their entrepreneurial flair through a range of events—Brand Mashup, Instapreneur, Uncover the Venture, Startup Stock Exchange, Sustainable Hands, and Startup Auction. These contests tested creativity, problem-solving, teamwork, and marketing skills.
  • Technology & Innovation Day: Tech innovator  Milind Raj, popularly known as the “Drone Man,” inspired students with his work in robotics and emerging technologies. The day also featured an AI Pitch Arena competition, where teams developed branding strategies using AI tools.
  • Grand Finale: The concluding day featured a Corporate Ramp Walk and DataSprint Hackathon: Insights to Impact, where first-year MBA students presented data-driven solutions aligned with sustainability goals, followed by a felicitation ceremony honoring winners of all events.

Impact and Outcomes

E-Week 2025 served as a powerful platform to bridge classroom learning with real-world entrepreneurial practice. By engaging students in live competitions, immersive workshops, and interactions with industry leaders, the event nurtured innovation, leadership, and an entrepreneurial mindset among budding managers. The week reinforced Jaipuria Lucknow’s commitment to producing job creators rather than job seekers.
