Lucknow — Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, successfully concluded its two-week-long Orientation and Induction Programme (OIP) 2025. Centred around the theme “Empowerment through Education”, the programme aimed to provide a seamless and inspiring transition for newly admitted students into the world of management education.

Throughout the duration of the programme, students participated in interactive sessions, workshops, and talent-driven activities, laying a strong foundation for both academic and personal growth. The event underscored Jaipuria’s commitment to developing not just skilled professionals but also socially responsible individuals with ethical values.

Pramod Kamalani, Senior Partner at Ernst & Young, addressed students on the evolving role of Artificial Intelligence. “AI is no longer confined to tech firms. It’s now a transformative tool in societal change. The workforce of tomorrow must focus on making technology people-centric,” he said.

Dr. Kavita Pathak, Director of Jaipuria Institute of Management, emphasized the need for leaders who combine sharp business acumen with human sensitivity. “As industries transform through AI and digital disruption, our responsibility as a B-school is to nurture leaders who are agile, empathetic, and forward-thinking,” she said.

Students engaged in workshops on leadership, design thinking, personal branding, and talent strategy, acquiring key skills to navigate future business landscapes. The institute also hosted “Talaash 2025,” a student-led talent hunt, which showcased a range of performances — from drama and debates to music, dance, and teamwork-based competitions.

A vibrant freshers’ party added colour and energy to the concluding days of the programme.

Dr. Sushma Vishnani, Dean (Academics), highlighted that OIP motivates students to take charge of their learning journey from day one. Dr. Rashmi Chaudhary, Dean (Student Affairs), noted, “At Jaipuria, we believe education is about discovering talents, building relationships, and nurturing responsible leadership.”

OIP 2025 marked a spirited and holistic beginning for the new batch, blending knowledge, creativity, and connection.
