Israeli Strikes in Gaza Kill At Least Twelve, Including Children

Gaza: Overnight Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip have resulted in the deaths of at least twelve Palestinians, including children, according to medical sources. The strikes, which occurred before dawn, hit three homes within the densely populated Nuseirat refugee camp.

Tragically, three children were among those killed. At Al-Aqsa Hospital, the fragmented remains of two brothers were recovered.

These latest attacks follow a series of fatalities earlier this week in Beit Lahiya and Gaza City, where over two dozen Palestinians were reported dead due to Israeli actions.

Tensions in the region have been high since Israel unilaterally ended its truce with Hamas last month. Furthermore, Israel has reportedly implemented a complete ban on imports into Gaza since the beginning of March, including essential food and medical supplies. Israel claims this measure is aimed at pressuring Hamas to release captives held by the organization. The blockade has severely impacted the two million Palestinians residing in the Gaza Strip.

The international community has expressed growing concern over the escalating violence and the humanitarian situation in Gaza, urging all parties to de-escalate tensions and ensure the safety and well-being of civilians.
