Greater Noida: The Yogi Government is continuously working to bring investment to the ground in Uttar Pradesh. In this sequence, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has secured a huge amount of bid through e-auction. Through this e-auction successfully completed for a total of 45 plots of 1000 square meters, an investment of Rs 500 crore will be possible in the YEIDA area.
Not only this, employment opportunities will be provided to more than 5000 people here when the projects become operational. This will also bring dynamism in the development of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA).
It is noteworthy that the Yogi government is providing plots for various projects in the YIDA area. Various industrial groups are showing their interest in this.
The reserve bid price was fixed at Rs 2.50 crore
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) organized an e-auction on Tuesday under the scheme of institutional plots. Under this, a total of 45 plots of 1000-1000 square meters area were included for corporate office in YIDA area. In this, the reserve price was fixed at Rs 2.50 crore for each plot. Thus, the total bid price for 45 plots was about Rs 112.50 crore.
During the e-auction, the authority will receive an amount of 265.14 crore against the bid price of Rs 112.50 crore, which is Rs 152.64 crore more than the total bid price. This is 134 percent of the bid price, which shows how eager the industrial groups are to set up industries in the YIDA area as well as open corporate offices here.
3 plots earned Rs 80.76 crore
Under this scheme, there were three plots for corporate office, whose bid was placed at a rate of about 12 times the bid price. Challenger Computer Ltd. placed a bid of Rs 28.28 crore for plot number 64, while Alexis Global Pvt. Ltd. offered a bid price of Rs 26.64 crore for plot number 69.

Similarly, Sanash Impex Pvt. Ltd. has placed a bid of Rs 25.84 crore for plot number 59. YEIDA is getting Rs 80.76 crore through these three plots only during the e-auction. This is about one-third of the total bid price. YEIDA officials are very happy with this bid and have expressed hope that through these corporate offices, there will be large-scale investment in the area and employment will be provided to thousands of people.
