Dehradun: On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Be Safe Foundation For Awareness And Healthcare conducted a rejuvenating yoga and meditation session for forest officials of the Motichur Range, underscoring the importance of holistic well-being for those serving in demanding natural environments.

Held amidst the peaceful backdrop of the forest, the session focused on breathing, stretching and mindfulness techniques aimed at reducing stress and enhancing mental clarity. The initiative reinforced the vital connection between physical wellness and operational focus, especially in field intensive roles.
