Varanasi / Junagadh— As the sacred month of Sawan draws near, India Post has launched a spiritual service enabling devotees to receive holy Prasad from two of India’s revered JyotirlingasShree Somnath Temple (Gujarat) and Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple (Varanasi) — delivered right to their homes via Speed Post.

Announced by Postmaster General Krishna Kumar Yadav (North Gujarat, Saurashtra & Kachchh Region), this initiative ensures that even those who cannot physically visit these temples can still partake in the divine blessings through specially curated Prasad packages.

    (Mention “Booking for Prasad”)

  • Prasad Includes (400g total):

    • 200g Magas Laddoo

    • 100g Sesame (Til) Chikki

    • 100g Peanut (Mawa) Chikki

  • Send an e-Money Order of ₹251 to:
    Senior Superintendent Post Offices, Varanasi (East) Division – 221001

  • Prasad Includes:

    • Image of Shri Kashi Vishwanath Jyotirlinga

    • Mahamrityunjaya Yantra, Shiv Chalisa

    • Rudraksh mala, single Rudraksh bead

    • Bhabhuti, Raksha Sutra

    • Dry fruits, Mishri

    • Lord Shiva–Annapurna commemorative coin
