Lucknow: In a bid to promote and preserve the shared cultural heritage between India and Nepal, the Uttar Pradesh Department of Culture will once again host the India-Nepal Friendship Festival 2025. This annual event, which celebrates the historical and cultural bond between the two nations, will feature performances by artists from both Nepal and Uttar Pradesh. The festival will begin on 5th February 2025 in Siddharthnagar and travel through various districts along the India-Nepal border, concluding in Pilibhit on 23rd February 2025.

The festival, as announced by Jaiveer Singh, the Minister for Culture and Tourism, aims to strengthen the cultural ties between the two countries and promote the rich cultural heritage of Uttar Pradesh.
