New Delhi | The India AI Impact Summit 2026, set to take place in New Delhi from February 16–20, is shaping up to be one of the largest global AI gatherings to date, reflecting the growing momentum around responsible and impact-driven Artificial Intelligence.
The Summit has already received over 35,000 registrations from participants across the globe. Attendees will include government officials, industry leaders, researchers, civil society organisations, and international institutions, all focused on translating AI vision into practical outcomes.
Participation is expected from over 100 countries, including 15–20 Heads of Government, more than 50 Ministers, and over 40 CEOs of leading Indian and global companies. Additionally, around 500 key figures from the AI ecosystem—including innovators, researchers, and CTOs—are set to contribute to discussions and knowledge exchange.

The Summit programme will feature around 500 sessions and showcase 500+ AI startups, providing a comprehensive platform for engagement and collaboration. In the lead-up to the event, more than 1,300 proposals were submitted for pre-Summit events, and over 500 such events have already been conducted across India and internationally. Seven flagship events associated with the Summit have collectively engaged more than 3,00,000 participants.
The India AI Impact Summit builds on previous global AI discussions—from early debates on AI risks at Bletchley Park to ethics in Seoul and operationalisation of shared principles in Paris—highlighting India’s growing leadership in shaping global AI policy and practice.
