Imarticus Learning to Launch Centres of Excellence

Lucknow –  In a major move to align academic learning with real-world job market demands, Imarticus Learning, a leading professional education provider, has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with National PG College and Avadh Girls PG College, two of Lucknow’s most prestigious institutions. The collaboration marks a significant stride in bridging the gap between education and employment.

As part of the agreement, Centres of Excellence (CoEs) will be established within both college campuses. These centres aim to transform traditional classrooms into industry-integrated learning hubs, enhancing students’ job readiness and reducing the transition time from academics to careers.

Nikhil Barshikar, Founder and CEO of Imarticus Learning, expressed his optimism about the collaboration:
“We are excited to work with institutions that have demonstrated excellence in education. Both colleges hold NAAC Grade ‘A’ accreditation, and this partnership reflects a shared commitment to empowering students with future-ready skills.”

He further noted that this initiative is just the beginning of a larger vision. “We plan to expand this model across tier-2 and tier-3 cities in India, helping students from diverse backgrounds access top-tier career development resources,” he added.

Key Features of the Centres of Excellence

  • Career Acceleration Ecosystem: The CoEs will act as springboards for students, integrating classroom learning with faculty-led mentoring and career-focused support.
  • Domain-Focused Learning: Specialized programs in Investment Banking and Data Science will be offered, supported by internships and job placement assistance.
  • AI-Powered Career Mapping: All enrolled students will take the ILNet Career Readiness Assessment, a psychometric tool driven by artificial intelligence that helps design personalized career pathways.
  • SkillHub Platform Access: Learners will receive full access to Imarticus Learning’s digital library of self-paced modules and certification courses.
  • Faculty Development: Teaching staff will undergo a 25-hour EDGE Faculty Development Program, encouraging the adoption of industry-relevant pedagogy.
  • Practical Preparation: Students will benefit from workshops on resume writing, interview skills, corporate seminars, and sessions with industry professionals to gain hands-on knowledge.
  • Broader Institutional Impact

The initiative is expected to boost student employability, enhance NAAC performance metrics, and contribute to more successful alumni outcomes. Throughout the academic year, the CoEs will also host student ambassador programs, leadership workshops, and collaborative events to foster a dynamic, future-focused learning community.

This collaboration places Lucknow’s academic ecosystem at the forefront of innovation in higher education, demonstrating how purposeful partnerships can empower students, support faculty growth, and respond to the rapidly changing needs of the modern workplace.
