“Hum Hindustani” – An Evening of Patriotism Hosted by LCWW

Lucknow:  Lucknow Connection Worldwide (LCWW) hosted a magnificent and soul-stirring evening titled “Hum Hindustani” at the Savoy Banquet Hall, Gomtinagar, Lucknow. The program commenced with a graceful Ganesh Vandana performed by Madhu Srivastava, followed by the collective rendition of the National Anthem by all present—filling the hall with an air of devotion and patriotism.

Founder of LCWW, Sunil Mishra, extended his heartfelt wishes on the occasion and congratulated the team for the successful event. In his message, he remarked that such evenings—rooted in the spirit of the motherland—serve as a reminder of our cultural and emotional heritage.

The highlight of the event was the grand honouring of four decorated military officers—Brigadier Amulya Mohan, Commandant Rajendra Nath, Colonel Anil Ahuja, and Lt. Col. AGK Singh. Brigadier Mohan moved the audience by sharing his wartime memories from the 1962 India-China war and paid tribute to valorous soldiers like Subedar Darshan Singh and Major Dubey. The gathering burst into thunderous applause when Comdt. Rajendra Nath rendered the iconic patriotic song “Rang De Basanti Chola.” Colonel Ahuja enchanted everyone with a nostalgic mouth organ performance of “Gaadi Bula Rahi Hai.” Lt. Col.
