Gonda: On the auspicious occasion of Holi, the Inquilab Foundation organized a vibrant Holi Milan event and cultural programme at the Orphanage and Old Age Home in Gonda. The event was held with great enthusiasm, aiming to share the joy of the festival with destitute children and elderly residents while promoting the message of love, harmony, and social inclusivity.
The programme was presided over by noted social worker Dr. Anita Mishra. Social activist Rahul Singh Chauhan and Dr. Arun Singh graced the occasion as chief guests.
Message of Love and Togetherness
In her presidential address, Dr. Anita Mishra said that Holi is not merely a festival of colors but a celebration that connects hearts and spreads happiness among loved ones. She emphasized that spending time with orphaned children and elderly residents is the true essence of service and compassion.
Chief guest Rahul Singh Chauhan appreciated the initiative of the foundation and encouraged people from all sections of society to actively participate in such meaningful events. Dr. Arun Singh highlighted the importance of health and hygiene, motivating everyone to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
Cultural Performances and Festive Spirit
Avinash Singh, the event coordinator, welcomed the guests, volunteers, and supporters, reiterating that the Inquilab Foundation remains committed to the upliftment of underprivileged and needy sections of society.

Children at the orphanage presented Holi songs, dance performances, and other cultural programmes, adding vibrancy to the celebration. At the old age home, organizers applied gulal to the elderly residents, distributed sweets, and sought their blessings, creating an atmosphere filled with warmth, affection, and emotional bonding.
Special attendees included Shreyans Dwivedi, Ayush Mishra, Raman Singh, Piyush, and Pramod Pandey.
The programme concluded with a community feast and distribution of sweets. The celebration conveyed a heartfelt message—that the true joy of festivals lies in sharing them with every section of society, from children to the elderly, ensuring that no one is left behind in the spirit of togetherness.
