‘Hanuman Ansh’ Biopic on Sant Sri Neem Karoli Baba Set for Worldwide Release in June 2026

Mumbai: A spiritually inspired cinematic tribute, Hanuman Ansh, based on the life of Neem Karoli Baba, is slated for a worldwide release in June 2026. The film’s journey began at Kainchi Dham, where its poster received blessings, followed by prayers at Maharajji’s samadhi in Vrindavan.

Presented by Swambhu Media Network, the biopic is written and directed by Dr. Vishal Chaturvedi and produced by Ragini S, Namrata Singh, and Anupriya A Nagar. The film will release in Hindi, Braj, and Bundeli, honouring the linguistic roots of Maharajji’s early life.

Born as Lakshmi Narayan Sharma in Akbarpur and fondly known as Kambal Wale Baba, Neem Karoli Baba established ashrams across Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh, drawing devotees from India and abroad. Unlike earlier portrayals that highlighted Western disciples such as Ram Dass, Hanuman Ansh focuses on his formative years in India — his childhood, family life, and the subtle spiritual experiences that shaped his path.

The production team undertook extensive research, engaging with families and living witnesses to ensure authenticity. The film also acknowledges the global reach of Kainchi Dham, visited by notable figures including Mark Zuckerberg.

Through devotion, simplicity, and service, Hanuman Ansh traces the sacred journey of a saint whose teachings continue to inspire millions worldwide.
