The ribbon-cutting ceremony was led by Minister of State (Independent Charge), Department of Social Welfare, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Asim Arun. The event also saw the presence of Bollywood legends like Gulshan Grover, Shahbaaz Khan, Raza Murad, and popular comedian Ehsaan Qureshi.
