Sultanpur – Acting on the directives of Superintendent of Police Kunwar Anupam Singh, and under the close supervision of the Additional Superintendent of Police, Gosaiganj Police carried out a major operation, arresting nine individuals wanted under non-bailable warrants issued by various courts.
The arrests were made as part of an ongoing district-wide crackdown on absconding criminals and warrant evaders. The apprehended individuals were presented before the court following their arrest. Each of the accused has a history of criminal cases registered against them.
The arrested individuals have been identified as:
- Vinod Kumar Mishra, son of Ramashankar Mishra
- Satya Prakash Mishra, son of Baijnath Mishra
- Surya Prakash Mishra, son of Sheetla Prasad
- Awadhesh Mishra, son of Sadanand Mishra – all residents of Annapurna Nagar
- Balram Dubey, son of Ramkishore Dubey – resident of Ughadpur
- Pradeep Mishra, son of Rajmani Mishra – resident of Ughadpur
- Kedar, son of Ramashray – resident of Kalkhura
- Jethu Ram, son of Mohan Hari – resident of Sirwara
- Achhelal Mallah, son of Shriram – resident of Sharifpur
The operation was conducted efficiently by a dedicated police team from Gosaiganj Police Station. The team included Sub-Inspectors Bharat Singh, Kailash Singh, Suresh Chandra, Driveish Tripathi, and Enamul Haque; Head Constable Vijay Patel; and Constables Abhishek Singh, Deepak Kumar, Sanjay Kumar, Amit Singh Yadav, and Anees Kumar.
The arrests mark a significant step in strengthening law and order in the district, reinforcing the police’s commitment to ensuring justice and public safety.
