Renowned Scholars and Literati from Across the Nation to Participate
Golden Jubilee Souvenir to be Released
Lucknow: The golden jubilee celebration of Mumtaz PG College will take place on February 8, featuring a seminar with distinguished scholars and experts from across the country. A special souvenir marking the occasion will also be released.
The college manager, Advocate Syed Athar Nabi, informed that the seminar, titled “Education, Civilization, and Culture: Reflections on the Past, Present, and Future,” will be organized under the aegis of Anjuman Islahul Muslimeen. The event will be held on the college campus located on Mohan Meakin Road. Former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Akhilesh Yadav, will inaugurate the ceremony.
The event will see participation from eminent educators, administrators, and social activists who will present their perspectives on various aspects of education and culture. Keynote speakers include former Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, Najib Jung; former Vice-Chancellor of Aligarh Muslim University, General Zameeruddin Shah; and former Chief Election Commissioner, S.Y. Quraishi.
Other prominent attendees include Hafiz Karnataki from Karnataka, Mutiur Rahman from Bihar, Dr. Mohammad Ateeq from Maulana Azad National University in Jodhpur, former MP Shahid Siddiqui, Syed Mahmood Akhtar, CEO of AEEDU, Prof. Irtiza Karim from Delhi University’s Urdu Department, Prof. Waseem Akhtar, Chancellor of Integral University, and Prof. Abbas Ali Mehdi, Vice-Chancellor of Era Medical University.
According to the college’s Proctor, Dr. Mohammad Salman Khan Nadvi, the golden jubilee souvenir will feature scholarly articles in Hindi, English, and Urdu, showcasing the diverse intellectual contributions of participating scholars.
The celebration is expected to be a momentous occasion, reflecting on the legacy of Mumtaz PG College and its commitment to education, culture, and progress.
