Glamour Meets Metro: ‘Ek Chatur Naar’ Stars Launch Lucknow Metro Film Album in Lucknow

Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation (UPMRC), in association with T-Series and Merry Go Around Studio, successfully organized a special press conference today at Lucknow Metro’s Hussainganj Metro Station to promote the newly released film “Ek Chatur Naar.” The highlight of the event was the unveiling of the Lucknow Metro Film Album, a curated showcase of metro stations as vibrant and shoot-friendly locations for filmmakers.

Lead actress Divya Khossla, who plays the role of a Lucknow Metro Station Controller in the film, along with veteran actor Anil Rastogi, Director Umesh Shukla, and Producer Ashish Wagh, jointly launched the Lucknow Metro Film Album.

Director Umesh Shukla, while applauding the metro’s infrastructure, remarked:
“I have travelled in metros across the country, but Lucknow Metro stands out for its comfort and cleanliness. Shooting here was an absolute delight, and I must say Lucknow Metro truly shines as one of the cleanest and most commuter-friendly systems in India.”

The press conference also celebrated the film “Ek Chatur Naar,” which has been extensively shot in Lucknow, including key sequences at metro stations. The star cast shared their experiences and thanked UPMRC for its support in making the shoot a success. On this occasion, Sushil Kumar, Managing Director, UPMRC, said:“We are delighted to present the Lucknow Metro Film Album, which highlights the unique vibrancy and architectural beauty of our stations. This initiative not only promotes Lucknow Metro as a modern mode of transport but also as a shoot-friendly location for filmmakers, adding a new dimension to the city’s cultural identity.”
